Your plan outlines the maintenance tasks, backup schedule, routine checks, and support included. Content updates and other services depend on the plan you choose.
Is hosting included?
Hosting can be included where agreed. Your proposal explains whether hosting is provided by ATX Web Solutions or stays with your current provider, along with any separate costs.
Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?
We can review an existing WordPress website to determine whether it’s a good fit. Any issues that need to be resolved before ongoing care begins are discussed and quoted separately.
Are website changes included?
Minor content changes may be included within your plan’s allowance. New pages, features, redesigns, and larger requests are scoped and approved separately.
What happens if my website has a problem?
